Baby on my mind

So I need some serious advice here! Please!

My husband and I have been married for a year and a half now and he has been wanting to start a family since the beginning, I just wasn't quite ready yet.... WELL.. all I can think about now is babies and everything that has to do with babies. I have SOOO many things that scare me about it though that makes me keep second guessing myself. How do you know when you're ready? Is it silly that I'm so scared? I havent really told him that ive been thinking about it yet... What should I do?
