fussiness relief??

Is there anything for fussiness that isn't gas relief? I'm getting very aggravated, my baby is extremely fussy all the time, 7 weeks old, but she doesn't have gas. She isn't even enjoyable.. the only time I get freedom is when she's sleeping, otherwise when she's awake she is ALWAYS fussing or crying. Nothing I've used is working, none of those drops, it's all gas relief. I need something for just a fussy baby, not a gassy baby. I just need something for fussing and crying, that actually works.. without wasting my money more!!
