Hemmaroid hell :(

Hi ladies, sorry if this tmi but I'm 38 weeks today. About 5 days ago I developed a HUGE pile, it is literally the size of a large Malteser. I've tried over the counter stuff to no avail. Went to docs who prescribed hydrocortisone pessaries and cream, but 3 days in and it's just getting bigger :(( I think it is thrombosed/strangulated and there is no way it can be pushed back. Is there anyone out there who had experienced labour with a massive pile? Did the piles explode? It's making me more scared of giving birth than I was :((
