cholestasis help

So for the last 4 days I've been pretty itchy mostly back and stomach and it keeps me up at night. Last night I had 2 hours of sleep so I decided to call my midwife at 5 this morning. She asked me some questions and said it's probably nothing. I told her I would like to go to the hospital and be checked. So we get there and she checks vitals and baby which was good but I noticed the heartbeat was the lowest it's ever been. So they gave me two Benadryls and said try to rest. At 9 the doctor comes in and said you passed the test you're free to go home even though they didn't do anything but give me Benadryl at 630 and I was still a bit itchy the whole time. What do you think I should do? It feels like everyone is telling me it's nothing but if its undiagnosed cholestasis then baby could be stillborn in the near future.
