Mucocele??

So this morning I noticed a lump on the inside of my bottom lip that doesn't seem to look like herpes or any other std. Its the color of my lip just noticeably swollen and it appears slightly moveable? I've tried popping it (which Google suggests you don't do and I didn't know until after attempting to do so) and the swelling got worse. Afterwards I rinsed my mouth with mouthwash and tried applying hydrogen peroxide which made other parts of my lip swell ever so slightly. Is this mucocele? How do I know? And what should I do without consulting a doctor?
