birth control nexplanon

Hey ive been on nexplanon for a year and 1/2 months. Ive had many complications. When i first got it i was bleeding for like 3 months and then I spotted almost every other week. The first week of December i started bleeding again and it has yet to stop. Ive had serious depression and mood swings which i never had. Ive had cramping and ive gain over 40 lbs. i still till this day have sharp pains shooting through my arm every now and then. I eventually started researching every symptom and they said i wasn't supposed to get this is ive had any problems with my kidneys which i had an kidney and bladder infection and i had caused me to have MAJOR PAINFUL headaches . I just want to know if im over reacting . If I should get it out but the bleeding is really bothering me ive been bleeding on literally every holiday idk what to do. Help me i need advice!
