cramping at 8 weeks????

So last night I woke up bc I had such bad menstruel like cramping. I know they always say it is normal but it makes me so nervous. It only lasted maybe 30 minutes. Anyone else experiencing same thing and a nervous wreck?

Any bleeding, or passing clots? I got mild cramping between week 4 and 7 or so. It freaked me out so much, since I'm coming from a miscarriage in June, but I read it's normal from your uterus stretching and growing. Now I haven't had any cramping for the last few days, and that's worrying me, too. 
As long as there's no bleeding, and it's not sharp pain in one specific place, I wouldn't be too concerned.

I went through that at 6 weeks. I kept thinkin I'm going to miscarry. But I'm going on 7 weeks so hopefully it's normal.
