I take 1400mcg a day...
600 from fertilaid
800 from prenatals

My doctor has me on about 5 mg daily. I get 800 mcg from my prenatal vitamin then I have a prescription for four 1mg tablets daily. The whopper dose is a precaution to guard against neural tube defects since I have to take Lyrica and it is pregnancy category C. But I just had my 20 week ultrasound a few weeks ago and she looks perfect!
