Tough it out or go to bed now

I've been awake for more than 24 hours. I didn't sleep at all last night. Not dozing on and off, literally no sleep. Right now I'm exhausted and it's 5 pm right now. Do I wait until 7 to sleep? I work at. 7 tomorrow and need to be up at 5am. I'm worried that if I stay awake I will have another sleepless night because I'm sleepy now
