I'm 10 weeks pregnant and still nauseous, what do you recommend ?
I know ginger is supposed to be good , I have ginger tea and I hate it hahaha . Same for mint tea , I just don't like tea very much . I've tried preggiepops and they work ok by not for long . I've been experiencing nausea since I was 6 weeks and now 10 . It's letting up a little but still don't feel good enough to really go anywhere . Also for energy!!! I don't drink coffee , am trying to stay away from caffeine, what do you guys recommend ? I know I'm almost out of the first trimester, but I would like something to help until then lol all opinions are welcome 😄😄 thanks in advance!
