confused about my relationship?!?!

So I've been with my boyfriend for 6yrs now almost......we live in two different states and we visit eachother every couple of months and recently I've been ready to commit but he doesn't want to leave his job. He wants me to leave my job and family and I don't want to....so this past year I had a friendship with a guy who I met and we have gotten to know eachother very well.....but he started feeling things for me so he recently told me he wanted to marry me and start  a life together.....but I'm confused 🤷‍♀️ do I wait for my boyfriend to decide what he wants or start a new life with someone else...
