Since a lot of people felt the young people that kidnapped and assaulted a disabled man should get the death penalty, should this lady get the death penalty as well ??

I don't think she or the other criminals deserve death but they all deserve life in prison.

Unless you commit murder, the death penalty should never even come up. Even then I rather someone rot in jail than get the death penalty. And by jail, I mean 23hr lock down, you get theee meals, a toilet and a blanket that's it. Jails in America are basically really shitty motels these days.

Anon posts aren't permitted in this group...neither offenders warrant a death penalty; however, this newsline just says assaulted. So what did she actually do (what action/s was she charged with as the assault)? The group of people who assaulted a disabled man made a social media circus out of this helpless person they kidnapped...both are cruel behaviors, both warrant different levels of punishment. The death penalty,  however, is not it for either case.
