Is it normal for cradle cap to get better and go away then return with vengeance? Hes got it on his eye brows and head. I put lotion on his head and its getting better. But his face is worse again...

Better see a doctor than asking other what should do or how to treat it. Not all babies could treat with some drugs because some baby have a allergic reaction to it so you cannot do what baby A do and do it again to your baby

My little girl it took FOREVER to get rid of this but I put Eucrine exceama cream on her all day long and it finally cleared up. (They also have a flare up one) it comes in a box and a smaller container but it works wonderful as well! Hopefully it will help!

It definitely looks like eczema. But if it really is cradle cap, Mustela makes a good cradle cap shampoo! It's a little expensive, but I've heard that it's worked wonders for multiple people.

Try using gawgaw or cornstarch with it.
In the Philippine settings its good. But I IDK in your setting if it have a same effect

People frequent ask some medical question and ask an advice here must know the limitations of Glow because maybe for them it's affected but for you maybe not. Because we are not all the same. Maybe Person A recommended a lotion or soap for this and according to them it's good but when you use it , it's not and its causes more irritation and if this happen you will also got mad too. We have many doctors. If one doctor could not treat you go to another and if still no result go to another. Find another. That's the cycle. If you really want to be cured you must find. 
In the Philippines for that situation they use "gawgaw"

That's not cradle cap. I'd say it's eczema. Poor little baby! My son had it really badly and it was a bit of a nightmare to find a moisturiser that he wasn't allergic to. You should see a dr for a diagnosis just to be sure it's nothing else.

Yeah it happens... I used one of the soft brushes and massaged circles on my kids heads and it went away after about a week... Unfortunately, im not sure what to do about the face.
