How have you guys been dealing with work? I have a demanding, high stress job and severe morning sickness plus crohns.

It is hard! I haven't vomited but have on and off nausea. I am also really tired most days. I have not called off work because I want to save my time up, but it is a struggle. It is hard not telling my boss in a way but I want to wait until at least our 1st ultrasound at 10 weeks. Probably won't tell work until 12 weeks at least

I'm not really suffering but when I'm tired I just fight through to 6 o'clock

Im 8 weeks today ame when i first found out i was off ill with virial infection, then had two days off with morning sickness. I either work early shifts 7 till 3. Lates 2 till 10. Nightshifts 10 till 8. I stopped doing night shifts as i get tired by 9 at night and want to relax.
Used to do lates on to earlies but stopped that too as i would get home go to bed and get up... but id have three hours sleep.  
Plus side is the past few days ive had really good days where i have had zero sickness and have lasted all day in work. And i am on my feet the full 8 hours as i am a carer

I finally had to tell my boss (which she is now the first to know after my husband ) because my job is a lot of standing up and running around. I was really worried at first (I am in review for a promotion so I am being watched by corporate to make sure I am a good fit) but I was getting too sick and over worked.

She was so understanding and has been very accommodating to me . I still get the same amount of work done ( a lot of paperwork) but am given more breaks and chances to sit down . Communication is key .
