Low Beta and Progesterone

Looking for some hope. Had a faint bfp on Monday. Went in for my first beta this morning and it was 9.1 (14dpo) and progesterone of 9. Anyone have similar numbers that resulted in a healthy pregnancy? We've already had 2 miscarriages this year. I can't take the heartbreak of another.
