Is there a wrong way to put on a bra??

I put my bra on by clasping it first and then putting it on like a pair of jeans.

No but I always think it's weird to clasp it first. It's so easy to clasp it from behind!!

I put mine on backwards (faster in front) so I can fasten it then I turn the fastener towards my back (as should be) and put my arms through the straps. Works for me. Put it on however it works for you.

I do up the clasp, then pull it on over my head. Like a shirt.

It depends on my mood. If I'm neutral or in a good mood, I put it on then do the clasps. If I'm angry or tired I clasp it then put it on.

Not wrong just different. I put my arms thru and clasp it in back. Pulling it up or over stretches it more than it needs to be, imho. Also not really practical with big boobs. It depends who taught you how to wear it, you probably do what they taught.
