Can you get pregnant on the patch?

Patch change day is Friday and I always change it around 6-6:30 Friday mornings. The exception is last week when I hadn't had the chance to get my refill and I applied it that evening. This week is week 4 which means off week/period. I had unprotected sex and let him finish in me. What are the chances of pregnancy? My friend thinks I should get a Plan B but I don't really think I need to?
