Likely having a miscarriage 😔

It looks like I'm going to have a miscarriage. I'm really sad right now. Had an ultrasound today and couldn't hear a heartbeat. The doctor thinks she can see a flutter but couldn't confirm. It looks like a hemorrhage is developing by the placenta (left side on photo) and the baby is measuring a week behind. I had a blood draw today to check hormone levels. I go back Monday to see if the levels have changed. I have a follow up ultrasound next Friday.
