Terrified of Delivery

So I know this isn't a birth story but I'm hitting 30 wks tomorrow and I am absolutely terrified of when I end up going into labor. The further along I get, the worse this feeling becomes. Is there any advice you ladies can give me? What calmed your nerves about it? I just can't stop thinking about how bad it's going to hurt, what if I can't push right, what if something happens to me and the baby...etc. I know everyone's birth story is different and people may think I'm silly to be so scared for such a beautiful thing but I can't help it!
