pcos/ metformin
If you have PCOS and on metformin or just on metformin, please respond!
I was diagnosed with PCOS in November of 2016 and was put on 500 mg of metformin 2x's a day, spirotactone 50 mg 1x a day, and a birth control. I wasn't losing any weight with exercising and dieting so she put me on 500 my of metformin 3x's a day in January.
Now I'm losing weight, finally. BUT every day I am having diarrhea, dizziness, and when I take it I eat a few bites, take my meds, then finish my food. I drink a lot of water every day, and my stomach ends up hurting, I feel like I'm going to puke, my head hurts, and even after I ate a good healthy filling breakfast, it feels like I am still hungry.
Is anyone having the same problems?
