Damn Jalepeno Chips

I'm on a diet guys. I'm really on a diet. I want to lose 10lbs. Which I gained at school. Ive been doing good. Oatmeal and kiwi for breakfast with two eggs on the side.  Spinach salad for lunch with a can of tuna, pumpkin seeds and an olive oil tahini dressing and some Amy's lentil soup. And then for snack before the gym I had a cliff bar(whoops) and some cereal. And then for dinner I had tofu scramble with potatoes, tofu, veggies, jalepeno. I woke up with terrible cramps today. And had ibuprofen and then some oatmeal. I then started craving fat so I had some pistachios(sweet chili flavor) and a little later I had a smashmallow(little 15 calorie sweet treat) I was vegan in the past so carbs are my life but I'm cutting down on them. It so hard. All I want right now is some of those jalepeno chips. The kettle kind. They are on sale. I'm seriously about to go to the store and buy some and have a ziploc bag of them to portion them because I have been known to eat the whole bag.😂 my bf is going to see them when he gets home and judge me so hard. It's been a week. I have no self control🤕 I'm gonna go get some tho.😂 #helpme
