Soylent

Kendra • Find your own happiness. Don't do what others expect of you. ~Baby Dust~
I am a very poor person who has been caught up in the easy cheap lifestyle of fast-food/junk food eaters. I am now 245lbs 5'4" pimply sweaty and 19. I am miserable and feel it worse and worse each day. With each diet I felt myself slowly diminish because the expenses simply got too high. I am caught in one of those towns where, although, there are farms rich with veggies and ranches rich with meats all around, healthy food prices have skyrocketed. It is unfortunate because I either have to spend $500 a month on simply getting my daily nutrient needs or spend $200 getting fat but going less hungry. It was a struggle. The entire time I've been going against my vegan nature and it's been murdering me inside knowing the impact I'm having on livestock and simply the carbon footprint I've been making on this earth as well. Well I think I may have found a solution to this. Soylent. This product is completely vegan and it has all the nutrients and calories a person needs in it to live solely off it alone. The owner of the company who makes it says although it's completely fine to live off Soylent that for quality of life he still eats one meal a day made of solid healthy food. It is only $54 a month to live off this completely, therefore, I am going to live off this solely for a month and see the effects this has on my body. Many articles and tryers have claimed that although bland, their bodies have significantly improved and they feel overall better (after the withdrawal period) thanks to this product. The only side effect seems to be horrid farts. I am going to start off living solely off Soylent with two glasses of water at each Soylent meal. I am going to track each day with this and at the end of the month I am going to switch to two meals Soylent and dinner being solid food. Each day I will list my weight, my feelings, my appearance, my energy levels, how I've added to the drink (peanut butter, cacao powder) if I have, and the dinner I had at the end of the day as well. I will also list my caloric intake and how long I remained full afterwards. I am doing this for my dire need to lose weight and simply have a healthier body in all attempts so that I may carry a healthy fetus the next time I fall pregnant. After my fourth miscarriage I've realized that since the doctors cannot find anything essentially wrong, I must live a healthier lifestyle. Ive recently had a blood draw to show all my nutritional levels and at the end of the month will have another and compare the two. If this works and I carry a fetus to term or become pregnant and it lasts through the first trimester within this year, then I will know that I simply was not leading the healthiest lifestyle. Yes, I know this may seem crazy, but, I seriously believe this may help my chances. For all of you looking for a healthier situation, for a chance to lose weight, for a chance to help your fetus, or are simply nutritionally curious I will post daily about my results. If you wish for me to add any information with each daily post then definitely say so below. Nutritionists I'm now calling on you. What all should I keep track of each day? What level of exercise should I perform with this? Thank you for your time ladies and I hope I have successful results at the end of this experiment so that I might help you as well. The Soylent will arrive in 3-7 business days so until then I have time to answer questions and adjust what is going to be shown on my posts. Again if you would like to know an effect daily then ask so below and I will add it.
