Not enough cells??

So I had a pap the beginning of December at my first dr visit. Turns out I had miscarried and my baby didn't have a heart beat. I got a call after that with my hormone levels (my body still has a low hormone level that is positive for pregnancy). I also was told my pap was not readable due to low cells. Should I be concerned? Or should I not worry since I'm getting a new pap? I am going in for another pap next week. Thanks!
