loosing weight 💪🏼😭

So for many years I've tried to loose weight and stay on my normal weight range but every time I loose weight I gain more than what I had lost.. this year I actually want to keep my weight range because I'm tired of not feeling happy with myself, tired of seeing cute Clothes and not being able to wear it, tired of guys giving my weird looks but most of all I want to be healthy! Please help me by sharing tips, meal plans, workouts or just by giving support and motivation which is what I don't get a lot when it comes to this. I'll update with pics later!  I'm 20, I believe I weight around 190 lbs (not sure) and I'm 5'4" thank you all!!!!
