Extreamly heavy bleeding for 2 weeks now i am drained!!.. today i went to my go where she prescribed the "pill" she already knows im ttc tho & it clearly states on the information leaflet that it doesnt stop bleeding. Should i start taking it or try ?

You won't be able to conceive if you are bleeding heavily. It seems like maybe she's trying get your period regulated which the pill can do depending on the type.

Just try it! I was HEAVILY bleeding for about 5 weeks and I was put on bc. I took it for 15 days and that regulated me and I have pretty regular periods now.

It will regulate your period, if nothing else. Maybe take a couple of months off from ttc to get this figured out. Just a suggestion. I wish you the best of luck. I have always had bad periods so I feel your pain.
