contractions ?!?

I'm 29 weeks today , ftm pregnant with twins , since I woke up I've been having pains in my lower back and lower part in front also I'm worried it could be contractions they're not super painful I've been timing them and they last about 30 sec & are 3 min apart I also have a doctors appointment at 1 . Should I wait till my doctors appointment or go in right away ?
