Losing my confidence to have a natural birth 😟

I was so excited going into my pregnancy to have a natural birth. Though I was open to an epidural and even a c-section if I had too, all natural was the way I wanted to go.

Now that I'm halfway there I feel so discouraged. Everyone is telling me "why do natural when you could do it pain free" and "all the men in this family have big heads, there's no way you can do it without drugs" (thanks MIL).

How can I get back to being excited about a natural birth? Or should I just give in and make an epidural part of the plan?
