Did anyone ever have a sinus infection or cold that made your hands tingle like needles????

About 3 weeks ago I had a sinus infection and was taking mucinex. And while I had that sinus infection my hands kept tingling really bad like needles in them. And ever since my sinus infection went away it stopped. Has anyone had something like this happen before. Idk if a sinus infection can do that? Or if it could be from the mucinex? I'm confused and just wondered
