I'm making my BF dinner for the first time but I'm at a loss at what to make! Help! I'll take any ideas! What was the first meal you made for your SO?

I think my first meal I made him was a grilled chicken sandwich with some veggies & some fries on the side, lol. 
But some ideas:
Baked chicken with mashed potatoes & vegetables.
Breaded baked/fried chicken 
Spaghetti
Hamburgers? Sometimes simple is the way to go! Haha
Chicken with carmlelized onions & mushrooms with some veggies on the side.

Chicken Parmesan!! It's easy as spaghetti but a little more effort lol and super yummy
