Pick My Bday present!!

So I'm an aspiring competition surfer and my parents gave me a choice between presents for my birthday. I can get a rip curl gps surf watch which is sort of a Fitbit but for surfing. It costs more than the skateboard.

My second option is a streetboardz skateboard which will help my surfing as well. I don't own a skateboard and do need one for training as well.
