16 weeks 3 days lump in stomach

I think it's the baby its right where the baby is I'll feel these weird pain then look/feel my lower abdomen and there will be this little bulge sticking out of the left side of my lower abdomen it happend last night n I had my boyfriend feel n when he put his hand on it it started going down n back to normal lol is my baby getting stuck trying to do a summersalt? 😂😂😂😂
