just need to vent somewhere about my job!

I wanna vent somewhere but I can't do it anywhere people know me personally bc it's about work so you can comment if you want.
I work for a company I will not name as a general manager. I make food. Business has been SUPER slow to the point I had to cut everyone's hours down including myself to below 12 hours a week. We don't have very many employees I have 4 people who work for me. I have to make this stupid conference call where they yell at us about horrible labor. They gave us a $ amount of how much money we "wasted" last year with bad labor and that pissed me off. The "wasted" money is the money they paid to employees they didn't want to pay. The distric manager is saying how quickly he can close a store, take orders, make food and then says we baby our employees so they don't work as quickly as he does. He's been doing this for 15 years where we have such a high turn over rate no one has worked for most of our places for longer than 6 months. I have 1 employee who was there before I took over who's been there for 2 years and has never gotten a raise bc we "can't afford it" I get it. I get these places have to put these rules in place so the store makes money so we can keep our jobs but the kicker of the whole thing is there are ways that we can keep labor cost down they just don't want to do it. We don't get paid time off. None. If we did paid time off people could take a week here and there and keep labor down but they don't want to pay people vacation time to the ones who have been with the company for a while. All 4 of my employees are looking for other jobs. I keep getting told to have a distric manager come in and run my shift if labor gets high bc that will help labor. Yeah it will, by taking away the minimal hours we do get and letting someone who works salary come in. They're pay isn't being taken away. Ours is. Why don't they get a pay cut and put that back into the company like we do? We don't get paid time off or raises but are expected to make the sacrifices for the betterment of a company that brings in $32 billion dollars a year. They're not the ones looking my employees in the face and saying "I appreciate how hard you work but we are cutting your hours down so far you might as well not have a job" I have even gone to the bosses with ideas to drum up more business and they ignore me! I have a great idea that I KNOW will bring in business but in a month since I've given them the idea they told me it's a great idea but haven't done anything I need to make it happen. I've turned the store I work at around since I took over. Literally tripled sales and have a wonderful team but they don't care enough about us individually to do everything they can to keep us. It's just frustrating. Before anyone who wants to comment says find a different job it isn't that easy. It took me a year to find this one. Jobs are scarce here especially in winter time. Thanks for letting me vent.
