40+3 and having backpain

First off I'm a FTM. So for the past couple weeks I've been having backpain that usually occurs at night. It usually occurs when the baby starts to move. It feels like a sharp shooting pain on my lower back. Kind of like spasms.  Last night was probably the worst I've felt them because they lasted for more than an hour. Now this morning I feel it's more towards the middle of my back. It's like a dull pain that's been going on for about 2 hours now. Idk what to do because I don't wanna go to the hospital and get sent back 😣 Could this be back labor?
