10w4d since AF (PleaseComment)

As caption says, around 10.5 weeks since my last period.. haven't had any positives. I've had nausea for the last 2-3 weeks, currently dealing with an awful cold with no pain in my throat, stuffy ears, gained weight and upset stomach. **Has anyone gone this long without a BFP but was truly preggo??**
