Anyone test positive for strep B?

What exactly is it? My doctor says it's common but is it really? I get test at 36weeks (thursday) and I'm nerves 
What happens if I test positive?  Will my baby be ok?

It's normal for you to have but could be harmful for the baby. They just have to know while you're giving birth because your baby can't be exposed to it too long

I tested positive at 37 weeks baby is fine and still baking but when my water breaks I just have to receive antibiotics at least four hours before delivering. They say 1 out of 4000 babies will get sick from it so I'm not worried but if you have a c section it will not affect the baby at all.

If you have it- it's totally fine. The chances of it harming your baby are very very very slim. If you give birth vaginally, you'll be on antibiotics during labor and delivery. If you have a c-section, there is no risk to the baby at all.
