4 month sleep regression
My baby was sleeping thru the night 9.5-11 hours a night from 3 weeks old. Now she is waking up 1-2x a night, not hungry cause I was feeding her & stopped and she goes back to sleep... how can I get this to stop? I've started working again and I'm not one to fall back to sleep for like 2 hours.
