stomach bug or morning sickness

I never experienced morning sickness with my son.. he was sick Monday with a stomach bug and today I woke up at 3 with a completely nauseous feeling in ky stomach. I kept dry heaving until a few minutes ago when I did actually vomit.. feeling miserable! I'm 5 weeks and 3 days.. how do I know if this is morning sickness hitting me or just a stomach bug?! And so worried this will affect the baby 😢
