Breastfeeding a monster!!! Help!!

My daughter will be 3 months old on January 28th and this last week and a half I.HATE.breastfeeding!! I dread everytime she lets me know she is hungry. Just this last week and a half she has started being a wild little monster when she nurses. She kicks, she hits, she scratches, she pinches, she naws on my nipple like a rabid dog (which with no teeth is surprisingly painful), she stretches my nipple out like taffy, she pulls on and off and off the breast, she pulls off to scream and then resumes nursing. She is a long, big baby too and surprisingly strong. She is long enough she managed to kick me in the throat once in her wild thrashing around :( I am at my wits end! I don't know what to do! The only time she nurses nicely is when she is sleepy and even that is tasking because she will doze off and pop on and off on and off the breast. It takes her an hour or so to nurse like that! I am about to give up, pump, and give it to her in bottles. But I really dont want to! I loved breastfeeding before this started! What happened to my perfect nurser? We never had any problems before this! She was a natural with a perfect latch from almost day one. Any help/suggestions would be greatly appreciated!! Any ideas as to what started all this!? Hell I'd even take personal anecdotes to let me know I am not alone in struggling to nurse my little monster!!!
