Blowing my nose and contractions

I have a nasty cold and everytime I blow my nose I get a contraction 😞 I have period cramps and bowel movement cramps too. Has this happened to anyone else? I'm 36 w 3 d. I've tried steam to clear my nose, and I tried saline drops but they made my sinuses burn so bad I couldn't sleep. Also all morning I had the worst sharp pain in my lower abdominal and groin like I pulled a muscle or something. Ugh this sucks
