baby coming soon?

36 weeks have my checked up today dr didn't have to put her finger too high and felt baby's head due to contractions last night she was making sure I wasn't in labor. Been having pressure below my bottom and pelvic area pass few weeks. I'm 1cm dialated 60% effected. Does this mean baby is coming anytime soon?
