hard time

My son is 10 weeks old. He cries ALL DAY! I rock him to sleep about 7:00, and he sleeps well at night. No amount of rocking, cuddling, or crying can get him to nap during the day though for longer than 20 minutes. He hates the swing, and the boppy, and I can't carry him all day long, and he's just mad all day long. I'm not sure what to do to ease both of our frustrations. Any ideas?
