insurance c-section questions

Okay so my entire pregnancy I have had terrible anxiety. It just started getting really bad now that I'm 37 weeks everything is freaking me out. So I have a doctors appointment tomorrow and I'm going to ask my doctor for a scheduled c-section at 38/39 weeks. I have had a pretty normal pregnancy. I have state insurance and wondering if they will cover my c-section if it's not medically necessary. ?
