11 dpo

My periods have recently regulated for the past 5-6 months. I had an issue with ovarian cysts making them last longer and heavier. Now, my cycle is long again but this time my period is a week late (11 dpo). I traveled during the holidays and heard jet lag could cause a late period. I was curious if any of y'all experienced this and how long it took until you got your period and cycle regulated again? I did have unprotected sex with my bf sparingly so I am aware of that possibility but I believe it is a slim to none chance due to reasons that are tmi for an app but I will test if I still don't have a period within the next week.
