Cold symptoms during period?

Soo i just got my period back after being on the depo for 2.5 years and its been an ongoing period for almost 3 weeks now. Every other day or 2 it stops but anyway, the most recent time it came back im pretty sure i caught a fever and then the next day sore throat, then the next runny nose and now my ears have popped. Im dizzy and tired all the time and i feel like my head going to burst. 😣 Is this normal? I looked it up and noticed a few other people had similar issues around the time of their period after birth control. I would just like some advice before i go to the doctor sounding hysterical if its just something as simple as my period doing all this to me. Please and thank you!
