How do you play with your newborn?

Seems like a strange question, but what do you do with them while they're awake?

I would talk and sing to her.  Once she was a little more awake we would walk around the house and look at everything. We would also take lots of walks outside. All she really want to do was look at us!

Usually I put him in his bouncer and talk to him or I take him into the kitchen and explain step by step what I'm making. We also go outside every afternoon and just sit and look around. We do tummy time on a play mat too.

All of the above and I read books and listen to all kinds of music (country and kids stuff) with her. My sweet girl is 8 weeks old today.

Sit him up on my knees, bounce him, talk to him, kiss him. He just started smiling today, so he's more fun to play with now :)
