Pregnant?

All you mamas on here, I need advice and this is the best place I can think of. On the 1st my bf and I had unprotected sex which ended in what I think, was him ejaculating inside. At first I thought nothing of it but two weeks later I've been lightly cramping, spotting, nauseous/ increased appetite and dealing with my lower back aching. I've been googling symptoms of pregnancy and it lines up, took a test and it was negative and a week more until my next period. What should I do? Did any of you ladies have this? I don't really feel like I have anyone I can go to and talk to about this and I don't want to go to the doctor just yet.
