Valentine's Day gift for my guy

So me and my new boo have been dating since mid December. I already knew him prior to us getting together. We have not had sex, I would like to keep it that way until I feel I am ready to go there with him. We spoke briefly abt V-day and he pretty much knew what he was getting me but I have no idea what to get him. On our first date, he took me to dinner and gave me panties from VS. I think that was so sweet. I want to get him a bomb gift so he knows he is much appreciated. Nothing over the top because we haven't been dating for long but still something thoughtful. Any ideas? (Sex is not an option for me)
