possible UTI...?

So it's extremely painful to pee and I mean I'm almost crying it hurts so much I'm so scared to pee now
I had a look and my partner had a look  (insideish) it's really red inflamed stinging I can't even touch it or wipe it hurts to much 
Off to the doctors tomorrow after work I'm in so much pain

Couldn't get to the doctors today all booked out until next week 😡 but it's a lot better today then last night I can pee with out crying now
I took antihistamines which I think helped a lot

So I had a proper look well my partner did and it's not actually my pee whole but it's my actual vagina spreading the lips apart and had a look at the hole and it's red raw it's all bumpy and and stings so much 
I'm getting pain on my right side 3 fingers away from my hip bone 
My partner is concidering taking me to the hospital if the pain doesn't settle down 
I've taken antihistamines to see if that helps 
It's gotten that bad I cry every time I pee now due to the pain 😭😥😥

I'm in Australia so I don't think we have anything here like that 
I've been getting agonising bellyaches last couple of days thought it may of been ovulation but I was in agony so I thought it was something else other then ovulation 
I hardly ever get UTIs so I'm in so much pain my undies are rubbing which is hurting it, moving is hurting it I'm so scared to pee so I'm limiting my drink intake so I don't have to pee

I also used PRE SEED first response so could it be that??

In the meantime it is so important to drink lots of water! U can also try AZO tablets for temporary relief. They sell it at most major drugstores - cvs, rite-aid, Walmart.

I get an UTI at least once a month. Not that often because I'm dirty but because when I was a child I was abused in that area specifically. My UTI's are just as you described.

I had really bad stomach pain and was peeing blood when I have a uti! Good luck!
