boyfriend meeting dad for 1st time

How can I help my boyfriend feel confident and not nervous about meeting my dad tomorrow? My dads a pastor and my boyfriend hates going to church and I know my dad will ask him a bunch of questions about god and other things. This is the first time they will meet. He told me he didn't wanna go but my dad keeps asking and pressuring me to make my boyfriend meet him and I feel bad but it's a necessary thing in a relationship I think to meet parents.
