am I pregnant?

My period is 4 days late and I've started feeling really weird lately, my nipples are super sore, I'm always tired, I'm getting really irritated at everyone, I've always got a headache, my food is starting to taste really different and I can taste this metal taste in my mouth. My partner and I are trying to have a baby but this is my first pregnancy (if I am pregnant) so I'm not sure what to expect, can come one help?
